    To kick off our discovery process, you’ll start by completing a series of questionnaires. These will help us understand the heartbeat of your business, gain insight into your goals, visualize your style, and grasp your unique vision.

  • Creation

    With your strategy in place, it’s time to dive into action. We’ll concentrate on creation, implementation, and execution to bring your vision to life. I’ll present multiple options for you to review and select, ensuring we refine and perfect your choice.

  • Refine

    Select the concept that resonates most with you and together we’ll refine, revise, and perfect your deliverables. Once everything is polished to perfection, it’s time to launch and celebrate with your audience!

  • Deliver

    Once your brand and materials are perfected, we’ll provide you with all the necessary file formats to showcase your deliverables to the world with confidence!

FAQs

  • We’ll start with a brand questionnaire or discovery call to understand your vision. From there, I may ask for existing materials, inspiration, or background on your business and audience.

  • It depends on the scope, but most brand identity projects take 3–8 weeks from start to finish, including time for feedback and revisions.

  • Absolutely! If you have existing assets, I can build on them or offer a brand refresh to bring everything into alignment.

  • All website packages include a basic SEO setup, such as meta tags, image alt text, and proper HTML structure. However, SEO-optimized copywriting is not included—I recommend working with a copywriter who specializes in SEO for that piece.

    Keep in mind that SEO is an ongoing process with ever-evolving best practices. If you’re looking for long-term SEO strategy and maintenance, I suggest partnering with a dedicated SEO specialist.

  • All projects require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in my schedule. The remaining balance is split into two payments: 30% at the project start date and the final 40% upon completion.

    Since I typically book projects 4–6 weeks in advance, the initial deposit is non-refundable as it reserves dedicated time for your project.

  • I don’t typically take on website projects for brands with existing design systems, as I prefer to take a beginning to end approach that ensures consistency from the ground up. However, I do make exceptions for existing Squarespace websites—feel free to reach out to see if it’s a good fit!
